Grind the peppercorns and mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, crushed garlic and salt
Add the tender duck strips to the marinade.
Leave it for marinade for 20 minutes in the fridge
Cut the candied tomato petal into 3.
Reove the duck strips from the marinade, but keep the rest to the side.
Put the duck strips ontp small wooden skewers, alternating with the candied tomato pieces. Place the skewers in a dish and pour over the rest of the marinade. Cook for about 10 mins.
