Ingredients:
- 6 Pears
- 1 Soft Goat Cheese
- Some pecans
- Mesclun salad
- Pepper
- Honey Flavor Pearls
Preparations:
Step 1 Preparing the pears
Take the six pears and cut them into eighths (keep two pears aside for serving). Place them in a baking dish. Cut the goat cheese into small cubes. Place them on the pears. Sprinkle with crushed pecan pieces and pepper.
Step 2 Cooking
Bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
Step 3 Dressage
Arrange a few salad leaves on a plate, the pears with the melted goat cheese. Add pieces of raw pears and place a few Pearls of Honey Flavors.
