Ingredients
- 20g La Perruche cassonade
- 10cl chilled red berry infusion
- 1/4 fresh pomegranate
- 1 slice of orange
- 2 strips of orange peel
Steps
- Crushed the pomegranate seeds in a cocktail shaver with the La Perruche sugar, add the infusion and ice, and then shake.
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with half a slice of orange.
- Squeeze one strip of peel over the glass and discard.
- Place the second strip of peel on the top of the cocktail.
- Serve chilled.
