Ingredients
- 13g La Perruche cassonade
- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 passion fruit
- 6cl passion fruit juice
- Crushed ice
Steps
- Crushed the lime with the La Perruche sugar so that the sugar dissolves.
- Remove the flesh from the passion fruit and fill with the crushed ice (for decoration).
- Add the passion fruit juice and stir well.
- Serve chilled.
