"Intense" powdered food colouring is particularly appreciated for colouring pulled, blown or cast sugar. Ideal for the creation of artistic pieces with brilliant colours.
Highly concentrated, just one tip of a knife of food colouring powder is enough to colour 1L of preparation!
Recommend using isomalt when making sugar pieces.
To use: Dissolve the concentrated food color in water before adding into your pastry mix. Only a touch of color for 1 liter of pastry preparation
