Camembert can be made with unpasteurized or pasteurized cow's milk, matured in molds in the presence of Penicillium candidum and Penicillium camemberti for at least three weeks. It is a soft cheese with a creamy consistency. The characteristic taste of the cheese gradually changes with aging, from mild to burning. It is one of the delicious dessert cheeses.
