  • Ingredients

    • 4 dozen of canned snails
    • 50g butter
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 3 tablespoons thick fresh cream
    • 2 glasses of Riesling
    • 3 shallots
    • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
    • 1 clove garlic
    • A little breadcrumb

    Preparation Steps

    1. Cook the snails in a saucepan with a glass of white wine and boil over low heat for 20 minutes.
    2. In another saucepan, put the butter, sliced shallots, garlic and parsley.
    3. Once the shallots have been seized, wet with the rest of the white wine. Allow to reduce.
    4. Mix the two preparations and cook for 5 minutes. Add the cream.
    5. . Place 2 cc of the preparation in each porcelain spoon and sprinkle lightly with a little breadcrumbs.
    6. Put everything in the oven, on the baking sheet, and grill for 3 minutes.
    7. Serve hot with slices of nut bread.
